The Nebraska Defense Research Corporation (NDRC), a Nebraska 501c3 affiliate of the University of Nebraska intends to procure a qualified company to provide Owner's Representative services for the NDRC Research, Engineering and Architecture Collaboration Hub (REACH) Facility. QThe Response to Questions date has been extended to April 25, 2022 at 2pm CST. The estimated budget for this contract is roughly $2,500,000.00.The total estimated project budget for complete design and construction services is $100,000,000.00. Representative will begin these services as soon as a formal contract is executed by all parties and it is anticipated that this scope of work be completed within approximately three (3) years. NDRC reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs and Price Proposals, to waive any informality or irregularity in any SOQ or Price Proposal received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective SOQs and Price Proposals received. NDRC reserves the right to request supplemental information from shortlisted companies to aid in the evaluation process.
