Site work for a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
**As of July 2 2021, the project has been awarded to IES Commercial Inc. for $463,449.32. The start and the end date has not yet been determined. Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, and equipment to install underground feeder as per LES Specifications included in this bid solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. All questions must be submitted through this bid portal under the "Clarifications" tab. UND.170.20.003 UC-D-1303 The required completion date for this project is December 15th, 2021 Contractor shall assume a start date of no earlier than August 2, 2021
