Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, and equipment to relocate underground feeder and distribution facilities in preparation for the City's road widening project on West A Street between SW 23rd and SW 38th Streets as per LES Specifications included in this bid solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. Clarification Deadline: 4/30/2021 4:00 PM The required completion date for this project is April 1, 2022. Due to easement acquisition, Contractor shall assume a start date of no earlier than August 2 nd , 2021.
