Award of Contract, if awarded, will be made on the combined bid for all contracts. Separate contracts will be awarded for each project. The City has acquired right of way (ROW) and utility easements. All work is expected to take place within these easements and the ROW. The proposed and existing ROW and easement lines shown in the plans provide approximate locations. The Contractor shall verify easement and ROW limits that may conflict with proposed work and notify the Engineer prior to beginning work in that area.
