The quantities listed are estimated to be the amount needed. In the event of a greater or lesser amount is needed, the right is reserved by the State of Louisiana to increase or decrease the amount, at the same price, terms, and conditions as stated in the bid. At option of the State of Louisiana -Office of State Parks and acceptance by the contractor, this purchase order may be extended for 2 (12 ) twelve month periods, at the same price, terms and conditions stated in the bid. Not to exceed thirty-six (36) months. Vendor must supply certificate of liability insurance to enter park gates. Vendor shall furnish all labor and equipment to deliver, unload and place at manager's discretion. No forklift is available at the park. This purchase order is contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the legislature. If the legislature fails to provide sufficient monies to provide for these goods and services at any point prior to delivery of goods or services, State Parks retains the right to terminate at any time without penalty.
