Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riverdale, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for construction of the above projects; consisting of the following items of work: mobilization; removal of curb & gutter; removal of sidewalk; removal of concrete flat work and driveway approaches, removal of all dirt, debris and vegetation in roadway; roadway surface milling; installation of asphalt overlay surfacing complete with fabric; installation of curb & gutter, sidewalk and handicap ramps, miscellaneous landscaping and all appurtenant work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer, CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC. Questions in regards to the proposed project shall be directed to the Engineer, noted above. No drawing, specifications, product substitution and/or interpretations will be made unless noted with "Addendum". All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of Owner noted herein. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award or refuse in the interest of the Owner.
