Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tinley Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a parking garage.
Provide asphalt pavement, concrete curbs, concrete walks, concrete trench drain, storm piping, pavement striping, chain link fencing with sliding gate, landscaping, site restoration and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond, AIA Document A310 in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid and all Additive Alternates. It is the Owner's intent to issue a Notice of Award to the successful Bidder within thirty (30) calendar days of the Bid Date. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the opening of bids.
