SCOPE OF WORK Company shall provide turf-mowing service to the Tinley Park-Park District for one year starting week of April 15, 2022 and ending week of October 31, 2022. Company shall provide all labor and materials necessary according to the following specifications. This service contract consists of 9 various park sites. Site addresses may be found on the enclosed Mowing Service Report. Property lines are identified in the enclosed Park Boundary Maps. All turf within property boundary areas is to be maintained. QUESTCDN is a web-based platform for construction project advertisements, bid documents distribution and plan holder lists. Prospective bidders will need the seven-digit QUESTCDN project number 8136428 to locate the job on the QUESTCDN website search page. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not purchased contract documents through QUESTCDN. The contract will be considered for award at a March 2, 2022 meeting of the Park Board of Commissioners. The contract consists of turf mowing and trimming at various park sites. The Tinley Park-Park District Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder without disclosure for any reason. Failure to make such a disclosure will not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any Bidder against the Tinley Park- Park District. The Tinley Park- Park District will award the Contract to the lowest most responsible and responsive Bidder, as determined by the Park District. After bid opening, no bids may be withdrawn and all bids shall remain firm for ninety (90) days. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check. The Contractor selected will also be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and executive orders including but not limited to those pertaining to equal employment opportunity.
