Renovation of a municipal facility in Queenstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
To have contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, etc., to remove and replace an existing asphalt roof system, located at the DNR Conference Lodge/Duck House Lodge Area at 638 Wye Island Road, Queenstown, Queen Anne's County, Maryland 21658. If the project requires any specific type of license, please put the license number(s) on the Bid Form attachment. The job completion time is 30 days and $150 per day for liquidated damages.
