Site work for a golf course in Queenstown, Maryland. Working plans call for site work for a golf course.
Plans call for the dredging of Queenstown Creek USACE navigation channel and placement of dredge material. The dredge material shall be placed beneficially at three possible shoreline restoration Locations. Those being Eastern neck island, Queenstown Harbor Golf Course (South side of Entrance) and Blakeford Farms (North side of Entrance). As of April 28, 2025, this project is in design. The engineer has been identified and information regarding the method of general contractor selection is unavailable. A firm construction timeline has not been established.
