Supply of cloth disk tertiary filters as specified in the project manual, including but not limited to preparation of submittals, shop drawings, fabrication of equipment, delivery, field services, and warranties. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of Bids shall be directed to the Engineer for the Project. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to Magna Water District as a guarantee that the Bidder, if his Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price. The Owner may, at reasonable times, inspect the part of the plant or place of business of a contractor or any subcontractor, which is related to the performance of any contract awarded or to be awarded by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner.
