Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation invites you to bid on the Magna Recreation Center - Chiller Replacement project located at 3270 S. 8400 W. Magna, Ut. per the attached specifications. The Contractor will have 250 calendar days to complete the project There will be a $1,200.00 charge per calendar day for liquidated damages Penal sum of the bond shall be 5% of the amount bid for the work of the Project County as liquidated damages if Bidder shall fail to execute a contract and furnish the required payment and performance bonds. Question Submission Close Date 9/13/2023 1:00 PM MDT Bonding Range $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The County reserves the right to reject all bids, any non-responsive bid, and to waive any minor informality in any bid received.
