Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Magna, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; for paving for a parking garage; road / highway; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Construction work, in general, consists of the following: Construction of a 1,500 SF metal building for vehicle parking, a 1,440 SF fabric building for sand, roadbase and pipe storage, and several modifications to the parking lot at the adjacent General Office Building. The truck garage will include two bays with rollup garage doors. Work includes concrete foundations, slabs, metal building, fabric building, site work, grading, electrical, curb and gutter, asphalt, landscaping, and stormwater piping. A project completion date will be established once submittals have been approved and the building materials have been ordered. A special event is being held at the District's General Office Building in May. The successful bidder will be required to complete all work within the parking lot not later than May 20th, 2022. Magna Water District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid or to withhold the Award for any reason Magna Water District determines.
