Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned unopened. Construction work, in general, consists of the following: Approximately 5200 feet of 8-inch culinary water pipe along two street in Magna, Utah. The work will include valves, connections to existing mains, reconnection or replacement of approximately 148 existing services, installation of new fire hydrants, asphalt removal and replacement, concrete removal and replacement, landscaping replacement, traffic control and all appurtenances required to complete the project and coordination to minimize shutdown time and providing temporary services as necessary. The time of completion for this project is as follows: The contractor will have 4 months to complete the project. The start date will be determined by the District and the Contractor once all of the materials are ordered and lead times are known.
