Decontamination and Maintenance Facility (the "Project") located at 4881 W. 71st St., Indianapolis, IN, and further identified in the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the applicable provisions of Indiana Code, including, but not limited to, Indiana Code 36-1-12 et seq. and Indiana Code 5-16-13 et seq. The Project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, A new laundry facility for decontamination of firefighters and firefighter gear located adjacent to new maintenance area for fire department vehicles and apparatus. This is a single bid package for the full scope of work. Pike Township shall not be responsible for bids that are not received at the specific office location indicated above by the stated deadline. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure adequate lead times are allowed for delivery Bidders are responsible for obtaining complete sets of the Bidding Documents and assume the risk of any errors or omission in the Bidding Documents. Bidder must submit a financial statement, a statement of experience, a proposed plan or plans for performing the public work, and the equipment that the bidder has available for the performance of the public work. The statement shall be submitted on forms prescribed by the state board of accounts.
