Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Office d'habitation de l'Outaouais manages a housing stock of more than 4,300 housing units and invites tenders for maintenance work on the grassy public areas of various addresses in its housing stock.
Interested persons and companies can obtain the tender documents from February 14, 2022 by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866- 669-7326 or by consulting the website. The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Electronic Tendering Service. The tenderer must submit with his tender a certificate issued by Revenu Québec relating to his tax obligations: this must be valid until the end of the three-month period following the month during which the certificate was issued.
Tenders must be prepared on the forms provided in the tender documents.
Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes.
It must be valid for ninety (90) days from the date set for the submission of tenders. This guarantee can be in the form of: a bid bond representing ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid excluding all applicable taxes, prepared on the forms provided in the bid documents or issued by a company legally authorized to stand surety, where
a certified cheque, a money order, a bank draft, an irrevocable letter of guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid.
Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender ; and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses.
