Sevier School District (SSD) is seeking proposals to replace existing walk in cooler and Freezer at North Sevier High School in Salina, Utah with new 12' 6"D X 8' 3"W X 9' H Freezer and 12' 6"D X 8' 3"W X 9' H Cooler; 3' X 6' 8" Hinged Self-Closing Freezer Door with heated frame, belly and sweep and 22 GA stainless steel jamb; 3' X 6' 8" Hinged Self-Closing Cooler door with 22 GA stainless steel jamb; (4) 4' LED Light Fixture; (2) Digital Thermometer with lighted switch; (1) Camlock ceiling to walls; (1) Heated Air Vent; (2) Interior Ramps for hand carts and foot traffic only; (1) Box 35 Ambient 95; (1) 3/4 HP scroll outdoor condensing unit; (1) box -10 Ambient 95; (1) 1 1/2 HP scroll outdoor condensing unit; (1) coil 230V I Phase with mounted Econet controller. New condensing units should be installed on roof. Floor is not required with new unit. Interior Ramps are only required if door opening is higher than the floor and would hinder hand carts from rolling through. Vendors are responsible to field verify measurements before ordering. Sevier School District will provide Electrical to Location. Include all Materials, Freight, and Labor for both removal of old and installation of new in proposal. Sevier School District reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals. Proposals must include detailed specifications and meet or exceed those listed above to be considered.
