The existing Tropicana Fly-Over will be demolished and reconstructed, creating improved driver mobility to the Casino Corridor. Additionally, the project will include a grade separation at Tropicana Avenue and Dean Martin Drive, High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Ramps at Harmon Avenue, constructing a Clark County water reclamation sewer relocation, and general traffic management improvements. The SERVICE PROVIDER agrees to perform professional and technical engineering services to ensure the construction of the Tropicana Design Build Project on I-15 in Clark County are accomplished in conformance with the plans, specifications, and all other contract documents. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide up to three (3) day testers, three (3) night testers, three (3) nuclear gauges, trucks, computers/iPads and cell phones. The Principal Engineer is considered "Key Personnel". The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide incidental equipment as may be required by the DEPARTMENT.
