The mandate consists in producing a master plan in order to establish the current conditions and the ultimate conditions and to verify the capacity of the sewer networks and the purification works. As a result of this study, an intervention plan will be prepared in order to identify the corrective work and the structures necessary for the proper functioning of the network. In addition, this intervention plan must identify the work necessary to respond to future development. The Municipality of Maria does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or none of the tenders received and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
