Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Boise, Idaho. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of 3/30/2022 no bids received. Provide and install materials and equipment to provide water and power to splash pad. . Scope Laying Out of Work The Contractor shall layout all work from established elements indicated on the site plans. The Contractor shall incur all expenses for the provision of all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor as may be required in laying out any/all parts of the work as defined herein. After staking, but before proceeding with construction, the Contractor shall be responsible for notification to, and approval of the staking by Boise Parks & Recreation Department. Execution of the Contract under these specifications will constitute agreement by the Owner and Contractor that $100 per day is the minimum value of the costs and actual damage caused by failure of the Contractor to complete the work within the allotted time, and that such sum is liquidated damages and will not be construed as a penalty, and that such sum may be deducted from payments due the Contractor if such delay occurs.
