Install new greenbelt lighting along the greenbelt between the Oldtimers shelter in Ann Morrison Park and 9th St. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. Provide and install new lighting along the Greenbelt at Ann Morrison Park per plans and specifications. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the City.
