All work schedules must be coordinated through the Maintenance Department to prevent interruption of activities. b. All materials used outside need to be inherently resistant to salt water corrosion. All fasteners and hardware used outside shall be stainless steel or hot dipped galvanized. c. The existing roof structure must be protected from damage during any work being performed in the work area d. Temporary interior partitions/barriers, doors, will be required to prevent noise, dust, and dirt from entering other portions of the facility. Temporary barriers above the ceilings may also be required to prevent to prevent dust, noise and dirt entering the facility. e. All paint used shall be equal to Sherwin Williams. Paint to match existing. f. Replace all flooring, wall materials and ceiling materials with new to match existing as required to perform repair work. g. If specific products are requested within the bid requirement, any substitutes must be submitted to the owner for approval prior to purchasing and use.
