Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Chaumont, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Project consists of constructing improvements to the park including floating docks, parking areas, walking paths, shoreline improvements, sidewalk, landscaping, and new restroom building. Bidding Documents may be examined at numerous builders exchanges throughout New York as noted on the Plan Holders List; the office of the printing company, Syracuse Blue Print Company, 825 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York 13210 ); and the office of the Town of Lyme, 12175 NYS Route 12E, Chaumont, New York 13622, on Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid submission time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening A pre-bid conference will be held at the jobsite upon request. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and to the minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract.
