Site work and paving for a road / highway in Montesano, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project includes all labor, materials and equipment to plane existing pavement surfaces as preparation for pre-level and final courses of Hot Mix Asphalt pavement and replacement of striping. Related utility work includes installation of approximately 1,100-feet of 6-inch and 8-inch C900 PVC water main including valves, fittings and appurtenances, reconnection to existing water meters; removal of sections of asphalt and concrete roadway, subgrade preparation, and related surface restoration including replacement of sidewalk panels. Bid proposals will be received only at the office of the City Administrator in the Montesano City Hall, 112 North Main Street, Montesano, Washington 98563. Proposals received after Wednesday March 2nd, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. will not be considered. All Work shall be substantially complete within thirty (25) working days after the date when the Contract Times commences or before June 30, 2022, whichever is sooner. All work shall be completed and ready for final payment within ten (10) working days after written notice of substantial completion.
