Gannett Fleming Project Development Corporation, LLC (GFPDC) is advertising for participation in a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Town of Clayton WRF Expansion Project Mechanical Fit Out Work. The products and/or services will be utilized at the Town of Clayton WRF Expansion site located at 1698 North O'Neil Street in Clayton, NC. The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to labor, materials, supports/hangers, accessories, equipment, tools, layout, supervision, testing and inspections, shop drawings, trucking, freight, delivery, insurance, and all other services required for the complete installation of: a. All process piping (various types and diameters) located inside and outside of structures and buildings above grade, hangers and supports, including isolation valves, check valves, rupture disks, air release valves, inline devices, etc, also includes providing heat trace, insulation/jacketing, labeling, etc in the following areas: b. All aeration blower piping (bioreactor cooling legs/loops by diffuser vendor), hangers and supports, isolation valves and flexible connectors. supports. c. All FRP duct work, hangers and supports, isolation valves and flexible connectors, etc. Include the receiving and installation of the odor control equipment: fans, filters, and fan/filter FRP. d. Providing all fiberglass weirs associated with the bioreactor located at the end of each train. Include post installed anchors and final caulking. e. Receiving, setting and installation of GFPDC supplied equipment. Do not include the following equipment: i. Headworks: Grit System ii. Filter Building: Filters f. Include startup support. g. Include labor to support the filling/draining of structures with water. h. Installation of all slide gates and weirs i. Provide all mud valves and accessories. j. Provide beam trolly cranes/hoists. k. Install Parshall flume. l. Install samplers and interconnecting tubing. m. Provide jacketing and insulation and all other appurtenances related to process and blower piping, including heat trace. n. Labeling of all piping. o. Provide access/equipment covers where defined below. p. Install contractor furnished davit crane sockets.
