Projects will consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools and services necessary to provide trenchless sewer line lateral pipe bursting, repair and replacement all per all required codes and City standards. Each project will be specified and described specifically by City Staff as required. All necessary parts, materials, labor, and other required services shall be included with each project quote that is requested. This is an invitation to submit quotations for Trenchless Sewer Line Lateral Pipe Bursting, Repair and Replacement Services per scope of work listed in Attachment "A "as required by the City of Sunnyvale in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions specified herein. The term of the contract shall be for a one-year period, with three (3) additional 1-year renewal periods at the option of the City. The total not-toexceed for each annual contract is $100,000. No Pre-Bid Conference Available Quotation must be made on the Quotation Form included in this Request for Quotations, and all requested attachments must be submitted with the completed Quotation Form. Failure to comply with all requirements may result in a determination that the bidder is nonresponsive Questions should be addressed to: Ingrid Christiansen, Buyer 2, Purchasing Division at ichristiansen@sunnyvale.ca.gov. The deadline for questions is March 4, 2022, by 3 p.m. Quotation must be submitted to the Purchasing Division by the due date and time indicated in the upper right corner of this page. Quotations shall be transmitted by e-mail to ichristiansen@sunnyvale.ca.gov. Bidder shall be responsible for the timely delivery of its quotation. Quotations received after the due date and time will not be considered.
