Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS ON VARIOUS LOCATIONS 2021, TR-21-02 consists of replacing in-roadway warning light systems, install new crosswalk with rectangular rapid flashing beacon, construct ADA ramps, pole foundations, curb, gutter, sidewalks, signing and striping improvements, according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents. Project is to be completed within a total maximum of two hundred (200) working days. Bid Security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid dollar amount and conforming to the prescribed bidding procedures is required to be submitted with each bid. Pursuant to the provisions of the California Labor Code Section 6707, if applicable to this job, each bid submitted in response to this Notice Inviting Bids shall contain, as a bid item, adequate sheeting, shoring, and bracing, or equivalent method, for the protection of life and limb in trenches and open excavation, which shall conform to applicable safety orders.
