One display set will be available for inspection at the Office of the County Engineer. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid. Bid guaranty must be provided as guarantee that if the contract be awarded on such bid, the bidder will enter into a contract and the performance of it will be properly secured.
