The Work will consist of video inspection services (CCTV) of approximately 60,970 LF in the Borough of Wyomissing of 8 and 10 sanitary sewer mains, including traffic control, light/heavy cleaning and a video log with inspection report. In addition to the video services, the Work will consist of installation of sanitary sewer T-Liners, structural point repairs of sanitary sewers, and relining sewers. Bidders must conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act since the estimated construction costs of the project exceed $25,000. The bid must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Borough of Wyomissing. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Certification Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Contractors Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, waiving any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in the bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough. All Requests for Information shall be in written form and transmitted via online by 2:00 pm March 9, 2022 to allow time to post an addendum on online.No responses will be provided for requests received after that time or submitted by other means. Responses will be provided on the website and be visible to all Bidders. Bids will be publicly awarded on April 12, 2022 at 7:00 pm (local time) at the Wyomissing Borough Hall, 22 Reading Boulevard, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
