Renovation of a library in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
This work will consist of an in-kind replacement of two of the existing HVAC units at the Wyomissing Library. Clarification Deadline 10/5/2021 12:00 PM Only questions submitted online via PennBid shall be considered. Responses will be provided on the website and be visible to all Bidders. Any changes to the plans or specifications will be provided as an Addendum and notice will be given to Bidders through the website via email. No responses will be provided for requests received after 12:00 pm on October 5, 2021. Bids will be publicly awarded on November 9, 2021 at 7:00 pm at the Wyomissing Borough Hall, 22 Reading Boulevard, Wyomissing, PA 19610. The bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Borough of Wyomissing. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Certification Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Contractor's Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough. The Borough also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received.
