It is the intent of this RFP to award a contract for the completion of a Phase II Environmental Assessment of a Non-Operating Landfill in the Village of Clyde with Remedial Action Plan. The site located on a south west portion of Descriptive Plan 0220723, Block 3 Lot 3, containing 7 acres more or less, was closed in 1989. The goal of the Village of Clyde is to retain qualified environmental assessment firm for the above noted project. This Request for Proposal does not commit the Village of Clyde to award a contract or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal, or attendance at any meetings with municipal staff relative to this proposal. All proposal inquiries to Jaye Parrent, Assistant Chief Administrative Officer, by email to finance@villageofclyde.ca. All written inquiries and replies thereto will be copied to all proponents. It is the intent of the Village of Clyde to award one contract based on area of competence to an individual/firm that demonstrated the best ability to fulfill the requirements of the Scope of Work defined in this Request for Proposals, and that is determined to be the most advantageous to the Municipality. The Village of Clyde reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and award a contract as is in the best interest of the Municipality. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
