Building Reconfiguration Location: New Jersey Office of Technology Enterprise Data Center, 1 Schwarzkopf Drive - Ewing, Mercer County, NJ UBCONTRACTOR(S) FOR THE FOLLOWING TRADE(S): Plumbing (C030) HVACR (C032) Electrical (C047) Note: This contract includes a goal of awarding 25 percent of the total contract value to a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) at either the prime or subcontract level. The firm determined to be the lowest responsible bidder must produce copies of approval notice from the Division of Revenue and Enterprises Services designating the prime or subcontracting firm as a Small Business Enterprise prior to the award of contract. Contractors are required to PRE-REGISTER THE NAMES OF ALL ATTENDEES via email to Shawn Taylor at shawn.taylor@treas.nj.gov NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM ON August 16, 2024 if they plan to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. Firms failing to pre-register the names of attendees prior to 2:00 PM on August 16, 2024 will not be permitted entry. Confirmed Shorlist.
