As of August 10th, 2022, project was awarded to Advance Scale Company Inc. in the amount of $508,348.20. Bids must be made on the proposal forms in the Bid Documents in the manner designated therein, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Mercer County Improvement Authority at the above address, accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of Mercer County Improvement Authority for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance Bond upon the award of contract. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
