Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City is requesting offers from Qualified Contractors for the supply and installation of one mini-split heat pump at the City's Parks Yard Administration building. Scope of work: Outdoor unit may be wall or pad mounted. Seismic restraint must be included. One (1) indoor 9,000 Btu head unit to be installed in each office. Coring through block wall to be done by the contractor. Block wall has been tested by an industrial hygienist and proven to not contain vermiculite. All drilling in block wall will require approved dust collection/containment. A 20amp 208 volt disconnect will be provided outdoors by the City. All other wiring to be done by the contractor.
