The Berkshire Township Board of Trustees of Berkshire Township, Delaware County, Ohio hereby requests that design firms interested in providing professional architectural and engineering design services to the Township for the renovation of existing buildings and construction of new buildings and facilities at 1454 Rome Corners Road, Galena, Ohio 43021. Specifically, the Township requires design services relating to the interior renovation of the Township's administrative offices and service department, construction of a new road department building, and construction of a playground and park pavilion as further described in this announcement submit statements of qualifications and interest. Interested design firms may submit plans for all or a selection of the Projects three components. The full statement of qualifications and further details of the projects are available at website. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
