Berkshire Township, Board of Trustees, 1454 Rome Corners Road, Galena, Ohio 43021, will receive sealed bids for Township Building Addition and Renovation. Bids shall be on a stipulated sum basis. Bid security in the form of certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid; or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Chapter 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid.
