Renovation of a municipal facility in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Engineer Estimate Bid $527,000.00 Replacement of 3 roof mounted air handling units and 1 ground mounted air handling unit. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Logan County as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The Owner intends and requires that the project be completed no later than August 10, 2024. Questions concerning bid bonds, insurance, etc. are directed to Ashley Rose at 937-548-7511.
