For the purpose of furnishing LOG 2023 Sign Upgrade : PID#117844: various traffic signs, hardware, materials and posts. Contact the Logan County Engineers Office at 937-592-2791 for more information. Bids will be furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and shall be delivered to the Logan County Highway Department as ordered. As specified in Ohio Revised 153.54, a bidder must submit a bid guaranty in the form of either (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid or (2) a certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid. The Logan County Commissioners and Ohio Department of Transportation are to be named as obliges. Bidders shall comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Bids shall be unit price and total price and will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. Bidders shall bid all items as specified for their bid to be considered complete. Clarification of specifications should be obtained by contacting the Logan County Engineers Office at 1-937-592-2791. All proposals to be in accordance with Sections 307.86 to 307.92 inclusive of the Ohio Revised Code. The Logan County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defects in bids.
