Site work and paving for a civil project in Westchester, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work is officially known as "2022 Street Reconstruction and Water Main Improvements Program" and further described as full pavement removal and reconstruction with 2" HMA Surface, 3" HMA Binder, and 12" Aggregate Base Course, along with all proposed pavement striping, drainage improvements, new 8" water main (and all necessary appurtenances), and all necessary restoration as further described in the contract documents for the said work prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (CBBEL). All roadway improvements shall be constructed with the use of MFT Funds, all water main improvements with Local funds.
