Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

St. Charles County is seeking bids for Carpet Replacement. The county reserves the right to terminate the contract for any violation by the successful bidder, of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party time to remedy any deficiencies. All bid prices submitted must be guaranteed for ninety (90) days. Performance Bond- A 100% Performance and Payment Bond in favor of the Owner. The Security Co. representing Contractor must be authorized to do business in the State of Missouri and be approved by Owner. Performance and Payment bond will be required if project is $50,000.00 or greater.
