Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the reconfiguration of the entrance from Oak Point Elementary to Staring Drive in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The work inlcudes: Miscellaneous Removals, Grading, Aggregate Base, Bituminous Pavement, Concrete Curb & Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk, Pavement Markings, Signage, Site Lighting, Storm Sewer, Erosion Control and Turf Establishment. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who purchase Bidding Documents as specified. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to Eden Prairie Schools for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids, which best serve the interests of the Owner. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening the bids.
