Site work and paving for a civil project in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for the following: 1960 Sq. Yd. Bituminous Pavement Removal 350 Tons Bituminous Pavement 850 Tons Class 5 Aggregate 1220 Lin. Ft. Mountable Curb and Gutter 11 Each Catch Basins/Manholes 825 Lin. Ft. RCP Storm Sewer 950 Lin. Ft. 6 Subsurface Drains. Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a bid bond naming the City of Eden Prairie as obligee, Surety2000 or certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of Eden Prairie or a cash deposit in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids will be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening bids. Payment for the work will be by cash or check. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract(s) to the best interests of the City.
