Architectural Services for Riverside School District Riverside School District No. 416, (RSD), is requesting submittals from licensed Architectural firms interested in providing professional services for the Riverside Middle School Commons / Cafeteria and Classroom Upgrades. Required services include schematic and design development, construction document preparation, permitting and bidding services, construction administration and closeout. The RFQ packet describes the selection process and documentation required for submitting qualifications for the project. Any firm failing to submit their qualifications in accordance with the procedures and format set forth in the RFQ instructions may be considered non-responsive. An evaluation will follow in accordance with a schedule determined by RSD. A Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference is being held to assist in answering any questions, including specifics of the project, the consultant selection process, the schedule and the elements of the contract(s). A separate and parallel process is being conducted for Construction Management firm selection whose representatives will also be attending the Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference.
