Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Yreka, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
As of June 10, 2022, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. The project includes, but is not limited to: Replacing the existing HVAC system; installing heat pump to match and interface with existing Mitsubishi VRF system; and installing a new electrical panel, circuits, and wiring to serve all HVAC equipment. The Project construction budget, including the agencys costs of testing, inspection, and administration, is estimated to be $230,000 dollars. This Project is subject to Minimum Prevailing Wage Rates. Bidders are to be licensed in accordance with the provisions of the Contractors License Law, Chapter 9 of Division 3 of the State Business and Professions Code. In addition, Bidder must have the following classification(s) of contractors license at the time the contract is awarded for this project: California HVAC Class C20, Electrician Class C10, or Class B General Building with appropriate specialty licenses.
