Renovation of an educational facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This can be done via phone or e-mail, but it is preferred that the bidder use the Question/Response feature in e-Builder bid module. Information regarding bid results will be available the day following the bid opening by emailing the PM at jenkinsad@umkc.edu. A Supplier Diversity Participation goal of 15% MBE; 10% WBE, DBE and Veteran; 3% SDVE has been established for this contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids. Individuals with special needs as addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act may contact (816) 235-1370. Construction Estimate: $2,900,000 - 3,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Special scheduling requirements: The start date for both the OPAC and Grant Hall renovations is May 15, 2022. The Final Completion date required for the OPAC renovations is August 15, 2022, and the Final Completion date required for the Grant Hall renovation is September 5, 2022. Contractor is required to plan his procurement and staffing to meet that schedule.
