Project scope includes providing all labor, material, equipment and traffic control required to: Micro Surface seal of between 29,000 square yards - 38,300 square yards of ISSA Type II surface treatment applied in accordance with ISSA Bulletin A143 (2021) standards Traffic control in accordance with MUTCD or as agreed to with the City Distribute written notices to affected residents prior to project commencement The project consists of micro surface treatment of City residential streets on a portion of Fourth Street, Paxton, Ferrell, and the Riverview Park entrance road. Estimated primary bid quantities are 29, 000 square yards of ISSA Type 2 surface treatment. Alternate bid increases quantity by an additional 9,300 square yards. Missouri Prevailing Wage Order Number 28 for Platte County is in effect for any contract in excess of $75,000. Bids will be unit cost bid, City reserves right to reduce or increase quantities by up to 10% at bid unit cost.
