The Central Steam Plant on the campus of Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C. is seeking proposals for:
1. Annual Boiler Loop Tuning and Calibration
2. Annual Boiler BMS Safety Testing
3. Annual Server and Software Support
We would also request current labor and travel rates for future field spot service and programming work. The Boiler Loop Tuning and Calibration scope will include providing up to a five working day on-site trip that will consist of calibration and combustion tuning for Natural Gas and #2 Diesel, on the Honeywell combustion control systems of each boiler. The following I/O points shall be a part of the scope:

9. Boiler Steam Flow
10. Feed Water Flow

12. Furnace Pressure
13. Boiler Outlet Pressure
14. Economizer Outlet Pressure
15. Economizer Outlet Temperature
16. Economizer Inlet Temperature
17. Economizer Outlet Water Temperature

The BMS Safety Testing PM scope will include an annual inspection and bench calibration for the safety switches for each of the four burner management systems, including safety switch status records. The following I/O points shall be included as part of this scope:
