Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ellensburg, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. The City of Ellensburg, Washington, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or the bidding. This Contract provides for the improvement of a concrete sidewalk/trail that connects the Palouse to Cascades Trail to 14th Avenue / Dean Nicholson Blvd along Alder Street. In addition to the trail connection, a traffic signal modification to improve safety and turning movements will occur at Alder Street I University Way and a new traffic signal will be installed at Alder Street and Dean Nicholson Blvd. To complete this Work, the Contractor will be required to perform, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, concrete removal, grading, drainage, utility adjustments, surfacing, paving, concrete sidewalks and ramps, signing, pavement marking, traffic signals, illumination modifications, landscaping, irrigation, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications
