The City is soliciting bids for the SHED ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT AT HILLSIDE & SKYVIEW RESERVOIRS. The project consists of removing the existing damaged shed roof structures and installing new shed roof structures at the Maintenance Building at two locations: Hillside & Skyview Reservoirs. Work includes, but is not limited to, roof removal, roof installation, debris removal, hauling, and disposal. The estimated budget for this project is $40,000. The City of Burlingame will be receiving bids for this project via PB SystemTM, a fully automated web-based vendor and bid management system Any questions regarding this project should be submitted through the online Q&A feature of PB SystemTM. Questions can be submitted until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2022. Answers will be available online via PB SystemTM. The contractor shall possess a Class C-39 license prior to submitting a bid. Prevailing wage rates must be paid for all work associated with this project. All contractors and subcontractors will be required to furnish electronic certified payroll records directly to the California Department of Industrial Relations. No contractors and subcontractor may be listed on the bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. The contractor is to become fully familiar with all instructions, provisions, conditions and specifications contained in the bid documents. All work specified in this project, shall include the base bid and alternate bids (if shown in Proposal), and shall be completed within 40 Working Days (WD) (forty working days) from date of the Notice to Proceed.
