MTC expects the work to commence on or about August 1, 2022, and to be completed no later than July 1, 2025. At MTCs sole option, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional years for work contemplated by Appendix A, Scope of Work. MTC has budgeted $400,000 for this project. Additional funding is subject to budgetary approval. Please note that the EIR addendum or focused EIR component described in Task 5.4 -Environmental Review Document, and Task 6. As-Needed Services are optional and to be determined at a later time. Pricing for these tasks is NOT included in the $400,000 budget. The DBE goal for this project is 35%. The Metropolitan Transportation Commission ("MTC") invites firms on the 2021 Regional Planning Bench ("Bench") under Service Category 1: Comprehensive Planning to assist MTC with the Broadway Specific Plan - Priority Development Area Plan - City of Burlingame ("Project"). The selected consultant will produce a plan and related supporting planning documents (e.g., changes to zoning and an Environmental Impact Report) for the area surrounding the Broadway Caltrain station in the City of Burlingame with an emphasis on supporting equity and climate goals.
